About the old Ryff factory

“Today's Ryff site, not far from the River Aare in Bern's Matte district, is a factory complex for the production of fine knitwear that was built in several stages between 1890 and 1914. With a restaurant for employees, a variety of very different outdoor spaces and its own vegetable, fruit and meat production, the site had the character of a “factory campus” at the time.
